1. Introduction
These Billing Terms and Conditions govern the payment obligations and processes between F&C Ventures LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("you," "your"). By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Payment Terms

Prices: All prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
Taxes and Fees: Prices exclude applicable taxes or fees unless otherwise specified.
2.2 Payment Methods

2.3 Payment Due Date
One-Time Purchases: Payment is due upon order confirmation.
Subscription Services: Payment is due on the first day of each billing period.
3. Invoicing
Issuance: Invoices are issued upon order completion.
Delivery: Invoices are sent electronically via email.
Customer Responsibility: You must ensure billing information is accurate and current.
4. Late Payments
4.1 Interest
Late payments may incur interest of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
4.2 Suspension
We may suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.
5. Disputed Charges
Disputes must be sent to support@luxurykitchenoutlet.com within 15 days of invoice date, including the invoice number and details of the dispute.
6. Refunds and Credits
Refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes. If you are tax-exempt, provide a valid certificate at purchase.
8. Billing Errors
Errors will be corrected promptly. Overcharges are refunded; undercharges will be billed.
9. Payment Security
All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption through PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store full payment details.
10. Changes to Billing Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on luxurykitchenoutlet.com.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the six months preceding any claim.
